Biden Refused to Meet with Democrat Leaders

Joe Biden has thrown down the gauntlet with the “elites” in his party. He even called them out by name on Morning Joe. Then it got worse.

Biden announce on TV and by letter that he’s going nowhere. And to think that the cabal who installed Biden supposedly only wanted him for one term.

Perhaps Doctor Jill got in the head of Old Joe. Then, she convinced him that she deserves a second term as the pretend de facto president. Whatever the case, Biden assures (threatens) America to stay on, the irony being that Biden accuses Trump of being a dictator.

After getting his ass kicked in the debate, Biden sealed his fate. No second term.

Democrats immediately pounced, though behind the scenes the rumblings were already occurring. Clearly, Democrats have known for years that Biden was incapable of being president back then, and nothing has changed. Yet, the old fool refuses to leave.

While the media continued to beat Biden to a pulp post-debate, Hakeem Jeffries called an emergency meeting to discuss Democrats’ future.

In what some describe as the scene in Goodfellas where Pesci’s character gets “made” but instead got a bullet to the brain, Pelosi and a minority of Democrat leadership publicly supported Biden. But in this latest interview, Pelosi alluded unknowingly to the scene from Goodfellas:

Partial Transcript:

LEMIRE: So Madam Speaker, you just went through the president’s record, but let me ask you about the current moment. Does he have your support to be the head of the Democratic ticket?

PELOSI: As long as the president has, it’s up to the president to decide if he is going to run. We’re all encouraging him to make that decision because time is running short. The, I think overwhelming support of the caucus, it’s not for me to say, I’m not the head of the caucus anymore, but he’s beloved, he is respected, and people want him to make that decision, not me.

LEMIRE: He has said, he has made the decision. He has said firmly this week he is going to run. Do you want him to run?

PELOSI: I want him to do whatever he decides to do, and that’s the way it is. Whatever he decides, we go with. I think it’s really important, and I would hope everyone would join in, to let him deal with this NATO conference. This is a very big deal. 30 heads, over 30, heads of state are here. He is the host of it, and that means not just hosting, but that means orchestrating the discussion and setting the agenda, and he’s doing so magnificently.

And I’ve said to everyone, let’s just hold off. Whatever you’re thinking, either tell someone privately, but you don’t have to put that out on the table until we see how we go this week.

When invited to help Democrats look at a strategy, Biden declined.

Apparently he doesn’t care to assuage the angst of his party; a party panicked over his age, lack of popularity, his record, and the impact down-ticket.

Biden supposedly backed out of the meeting, “because he [Biden] does not want to meet with people who will say things he does not want to hear.”

From Axios, the news is bad for Democrats. It appears that Biden may survive, at least for now.

Just before House Democrats’ Tuesday morning “come-to-Jesus” meeting on President Biden’s path forward, a smaller group of swing-district Democrats held what sources described as a despondent gathering with “actual tears.”

Why it matters: The bloc of battleground House Democrats is one of the last firm pockets of a rapidly disintegrating movement on Capitol Hill to get Biden off the ticket.

    • One shell-shocked lawmaker who was present at the meeting would offer only one word to characterize it: “Intense.”
    • Another described the mood as “pretty much unanimous” that Biden has “got to step down,” adding, “There were actual tears from people, and not for Biden.”

Democrats almost unanimously want Biden out, yet he survives. How long until one or more of them release information that forces Biden out.

The article continues,

Zoom out: Democrats’ full caucus meeting was far less unanimous, with lawmakers both defending Biden and airing concerns about his ability to take on former President Trump, attendees told Axios.

    • One House Democrat who was in both meetings said: “Most of our caucus is still with him … meaning he’ll stay in. Which sucks for our country.”
    • Going in and out of the meeting, several House Democrats who have previously raised concerns about Biden said they are now with him: “Whether or not I have concerns is besides the point. He is going to be our nominee, and we all have to support him,” said Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.).

How about this comment: “Most of our caucus is still with him … meaning he’ll stay in. Which sucks for our country.”

While this Democrat may be conceding that Trump will win, and this sill be bad for the country, there remains another possibility. That the country and Democrats can’t handle 4 more years of Biden.

On the former, most Americans don’t believe Trump to be as bad as Democrats proclaim. And as I’ve said many times, Republicans seem content with our choice for president.

Republicans are calling special meetings to plot against Trump anymore. That final train left the station when Trump dispatched Nikki Haley. And speaking of Haley, why are we no longer discussing the bloc of voters who supposedly would never vote for Trump. I suggest that any coalition of “NeverTrumpers” is now dwarfed by “NeverBiden”

The coalition to dump Biden uses euphemisms in the support of Biden. Then they dare America to read their passive aggressive language to the contrary.

Biden has many skeletons. And while the party revealing those skeletons will hurt the Democrats as a whole, the damage to Biden would definitely end his career.

Imagine the discussions happening inside the Democratic Party over the next few weeks? I would pay to hear those discussions. Clearly, the cabal unleashed the media on Biden. And while some Democrats still support their demented leader, far too many Democrats have officially denounced Biden.

How will these Democrats reconcile their views, particularly if any of these people reverse course.

But how Republicans react? Will they seize the moment? Or will Republicans do what they seem to always do and let the moment slip away?

I’ve outlined what I hope is Republicans’ Plan B. Give the Democrats enough rope to hang themselves. And that rope involves Biden’s corruption.
